- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Until I know the complexity of the assignment it is difficult to determine the price. A $100M dollar company cannot be priced the same as a $1M company. I can tell you that you will be treated as best in class and the deliverables will be better than expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers are onboarded as follows: 1. 30 - 40 minutes of discovery with a signing bonus for commitment 2. I go away and establish a platform for us to share records 3. Provide an onboarding checklist of items for you to provide to me or to upload to the platform 4. If necessary, I make a visit to your place of work to set the tone for our relationship 5. If on going bookkeeping and monthly coaching/ financial reviewsThe first month is collecting information 6. Cleaning up the process, learning more in-depth nformation via the numbers of how you run your organization' 7. Provide financial reports and review each month. 8. By month three a very detailed report is provided of finding, opportunities to improve the bottom line, cut cost etc.
