- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not like giving prices over the phone or email. We look at the job to give a free estimate this way you get the best fair price without hiding charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go out to clients home/business and see the project, talk to clients about what they would like done and then we may offer suggestions, and discuss how we will prepare the area and the process of the job, then discuss the price. We would write out a very detail proposal and email back to client giving them the opportunity to make a decision.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To get more than one proposal speak with each company face to face get a understanding of what they will do and how it will be done. Remember the cheapest price may not away be the best deal this is your home a investment.
