Introduction: Coastal Cajun Catering Inc was founded in May 2018, however our recipes have been used for a few decades. Three generations of Cajuns have created, used and shared our passion for South Louisiana, Creole and Cajun fare with family and friends. Now I am sharing and making available our family favorites. Our recipes include rich french dishes like Shrimp & Crawfish Etoufee with crispy French Breads. Red Beans and rice with Smoked Andouille Sausage or Spicy Seafood Gumbo and Potato Salad. Open Roast Beef sandwiches or Ham and Turkey stuffed Croissants with bc resh fruit or pasta salads. Decadent Key Lime pie, Southern Banana Pudding and Bourbon Pecan pie. No matter what great Southern or Cajun foods you want for your event chances are we can offer it for your event.
