- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm fair and reasonable, I work hard and efficiently the entire time I am on the project. I dont answer calls or texts while at the project. when you hire me you get more than you expect and pay less than the rest. If my price seems higher than expected there is always an explanation just ask. generally a higher price comes from previous experience with similar repairs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intial contact followed with an in home person (always me) to person estimate. followed with a scheduled date of start and completion with both parties knowing the time frame and end results
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
