- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to generally give a proper introduction of myself. Then I like to ask what type of event are they giving , and how many people do they have attending . I ask do they have anything in special they want served if not than I give them my menu and we discuss prices and dates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in culinary arts. And i have a life time experience of cooking.The cooking refers to cooking at home and years of experience in food service with major companies.
