- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking over the phone or through text messages with my client, getting a description from my client of what their hair or makeup needs are be it cut, color, updo, formal or casual. Setting up a date and time or two (if they desire a trial on, say, bridal updos) which I recommend. And finally getting to it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed cosmetologist, I have worked at various salons including a children's salon and an upscale salon in Naperville Illinois, to mention a couple. I have been in the industry for 7 years I have learned quit a bit over that course of time. My clients describe me as the perfect balance of a seasoned stylist while still being young enough to be up with the current trends. Freelancing is my newest venture and I'm having a lot of fun with it!
