- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s fair I truly believe you get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the customer over the phone and get a feel for what the customer is requesting and to verify that I am able to offer the services requested. I don’t want to waste potential customers time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was raised in the cleaning industry my mother initially had a commercial cleaning business but later downsized to venture into other business opportunities but she continued to clean residentially until 2007.
