It was a pleasure to work with Jeff Liggett and his team at All Services. I couldn’t have been more pleased! They did an excellent job of painting, installing (fans, locks, tile, blinds, cabinets, lighting, etc.), and efficiently handled any other jobs that I suggested (there were quite a few because of the mess left by the dishonest, unskilled previous contractor). I definitely will call All Services in the future.

Jeff responded quickly to our needs. This is his 2nd job with us. This time updating the paint in the interior of the house we are selling; ceilings & walls. His crew is very neat and tidy and I don’t have to look over them. The paint job is superior. He will also be pressure cleaning the exterior. His cleaning crew will also prepare the inside of my house to make it ship shape for selling, I used them previously on the house we moved into and his cleaning crew does a phenomenal job cleaning post construction jobs. Call Jeff, he won’t disappoint you!!

He allowed an inexperienced guy to repair our fence who knew nothing about it. That would've been OK if he stayed to supervise him & the job. But after an early morning appearance each day, he disappeared for the rest of the day & the part of the fence that was done, was done poorly. His last day on the job he verbally verbally told his man, who was also the tree remover, the same guy who was trying to repair the fence, which trees to cut down.
There were 4 palms to be removed. His man got the instructions wrong because nothing was marked as to be removed. As a result a beautiful tree that was not supposed to be removed, was cut down, all because of a lack of supervision.
When I asked him how he was going to make up for that tree he responded with "I want the rest of the money now or I'm pulling my men off the job" - he already had more than half the money. I of course said no & he went thru w/his threat & left.
A plus is he comes across as a nice guy & we got along well.
