Great work ethic and right on time. Thanks, Tim!Jan 16, 2019Verified
Tim and his wife were great! Very friendly and efficient. The move ended up being a little bigger than they expected (probably my fault in the description) but they still did it for the quoted cost. I’ll definitely recommend and use them if needed in the future!Jan 13, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My prices show the total amount that will be due when I'm finished. The customer will know the exact amount that will be owed before I even begin. No hidden fees or added charges, no tax or extra service charge I 'failed' to mention or 'assumed' the customer knew about.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Regardless of the job, I try my best to give them peace of mind that I will do the job I say I'm going to do. I try to treat everyone the same, and it's always my goal for the customer to feel like they got their money's worth and is content with the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Working with my father for many years who is a real-estate investor and contractor, AND being a homeowner myself, I have loads of experience in dealing with home improvement issues and finding solutions. I don't believe in promoting an idea or product unless I have tried it myself and know it works. I am also very familiar with talking to customers and discussing home improvement services when I worked as a marketer for a local home improvement company. During my time there I talked to thousands of people at their own homes to discuss their future projects.
