- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our material selections are bid on a three-tier system based on the customers wants, design, needs, and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first call and set up an initial meeting / consultation to collect information to provide an estimate for desired services. During our first appointment we ask as many questions as possible to create a complete picture of what it is the potential customer would like to have done. We show up to our meeting precisely on time, clean cut, and in uniform. We deliver a quote usually within 3 to 5 business days based upon specifically the scope of work discussed with the client. We make any adjustments requested in scope of work Upon agreement, we meet to sign a contract, or it can be approved via our management program, and we pick a time to meet up with our interior designer and get the construction planned.
