I found Starr to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and gifted in the area of body consciousness like no other. It's evident she cares about people as a whole as she tunes in to you, hearing your goals and concerns about your body, and directs all to a healthier way of LIVING by developing a workout regimen that is tailored specifically for you to accomplish your goals, in an atmosphere that is warm inviting and an obeisance that's inspiring. Her fees are set to reflect she's not in this field for the money but I truly am convinced she believes we all can have "Luvly Bodies.....Thank you for your undying patience Starr your level of commitment to us all is so admired and appreciated!

The best trainer I've ever had!!!!! I recommend her to all ages and even the elderly or sports recovery from injuries...she worked around my work schedule to fit me in perfectly! I'm in the best shape I've ever been in and I haven't worked out for 5 years before training with her. So I give her 5 stars!!!!
