I have used Jennifer for 2 birthday parties and a baby shower. She has made amazing cakes, cookies and lemon bars for us. I have been both hands on with her when I had idea and she did a great job of translating my idea into delicious delicious cake as well as just said Elsa cake and let her run with it. In each instance the final product was so cool looking and very yummy! We have had her lemon, chocolate and white cakes and they are all so moist and delicious. Her sugar cookies have a delicious lightly buttery flavor and just a tiny hint of salt that I love.

Ordered 3 mini-cakes for my girls and wife while I was out of town for Valentine's Day. Jen did a great job! They looked great and I hear they tasted even better, although they didn't last long enough for me to be the judge of that! Thanks Jen!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to pastry school for 4 years. As well I have worked in a few bakeries and practiced perfecting my skills. I recently decided to start selling my cakes and desserts on the side.
