Introduction: My name is Amanda Hanson and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in Kansas City, MO. I absolutely love what I do and I honestly can't imagine doing anything else. I received my Associates Degree in Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy in September of 2010 and I have been working as a licensed massage therapist since October of 2010. Although, it is true what they say, when you Love what you do, it rarely feels like work. I specialize in swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, prenatel and hot stone massage. As well as certification in MRT (Muscle Release Technique). Training and experience in reflexolgy, lymphatic massage, reiki (energy healing) and chinese cupping treatments. I've worked in both spa and wellness spa so I also have training and knowledge in aromatherapy use including raindrop therapy, sugar scrubs, body wraps and mini facial services. When you follow your calling, your path in life, it brings a sense of peace to your being. Thank you all for allowing me to do what I am meant to do: facilitate healing and be of service to others.
