We just finished installing all new floors throughout the house and renovated our powder room downstairs. I must say, they were very courteous and professional, we plan on adding a enclosed sunroom next. To top it off, they through in my holiday decoration install as a gift at the end, I highly recommend them. Thanks you guys!

My husband and I chose this company for our 2 bathroom remodels and new flooring on the first floor. This was one of the best companies I've worked with. We were given a detailed estimate outlining everything. They helped us pick the perfect engineered flooring for our first floor and tiling materials for our bathrooms. They even went so far as to pick up the vanities we purchased because we didn't have the means to. The Pros exceeded our expectations.

After meeting with a few different companies, we decided to hire The Pros to help remodel our bathroom. During the first meeting, they went over everything with us. When we received their estimate it was very detailed with the complete scope of work. We picked tile at their showroom and they really took the time and explained the material and helped us in picking the best tile. Our bathroom looks great. It was a very pleasant experience working with this company and will hire again.

We chose The Pros to install our kitchen backsplash. They did an amazing job. They took the time to plan out the backsplash before starting the installation and discussed the best option as a starting point. Best of all, they finished in one day! We now have a complete kitchen we can enjoy for the holidays.

Our pricing is completely transparent. We offer military discounts to show our admiration and appreciation for our service men and women.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have come up with a wonderful process which our customers greatly appreciate. Our process starts with the initial phone call. During this call, we try to gain as much knowledge about your project. We ask for photos prior to appointments. We ask for photos because it helps us understand the context of the appointment prior to the in home consultation. It allows us to see the space, study the space, and prepare for the appointment so we can utilize the time effectively. Once on the appointment, we do a thorough walk through to assess your needs. From there, we can work up an estimate and send it to you via email.
