- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
if i could charge a bit more and do this full time i would. but for now im very reasonable and accomodate as much as i can. computer technology is the future. and the more we all get easy fast and useful tech. the more time and energy we can spend doing other things. and enjoying what these technologies can provide for us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
find out all the components. what they have tried or what happened before the faiure of the tech. then work on seeing common issues and how to run through software troubleshot .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
mostly self taught and lots and lots of experience in the field first hand. been troubleshooting and running windows since microsoft dos when i was like 7 years old.
