They looked after and found new tenants for my rental house whilst I was travelling and put in some good tenants. Their price is reasonable for us long distance landlords. Responded to questions in a timely manner. I would recommend to those who just need a new tenant or to someone who needs Property Management.

I purchased a home through Kennedy's, and they later managed it as a rental for 3 years. They thoroughly vetted and pre-qualified the tenants, whom at the time lived out-of-state and turned out to be outstanding residents, and were firm in maintaining adherence to the annual lease agreements.
