FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My first meeting with a client is no-cost, no obligation. We typically spend time getting to know each other for an hour to an hour and a half. If the client would like to move forward with me, we discuss the exact scope of the services they would like me to provide, and then we discuss pricing. For business consulting, my fees are not based on an hourly rate. Fees are based on a per-project basis and the total amount depends on the value I bring to the client. For example, If I am hired by a client to study processes within their business, and we agree that a successful project will increase efficiency by 10% and their annual revenue is $1m, I may charge 10% of their realized efficiency gains, or approximately $10,000. My coaching and mentoring fees range from $55 per session, to $200 per month for weekly meetings. If the client signs up on a monthly basis, I am available to them via email and phone 7 days a week and typically respond within a few hours. Other services such as resume writing range from $50 to $200, depending on the scope of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA with training in coaching and mentoring. I have founded several companies and used the knowledge and experience I have gained to help others achieve their goals in business and in life. I currently coach and mentor several business leaders and entrepreneurs and have been serving my community in this way for several years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I earned relevant experience by starting my own businesses and facilitating the sale of others. I initially began working with friends and relatives helping them build their businesses, and my consulting business grew from there.
