- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing concrete for over 10 years now. I started as a manual laborer and worked my way up to become a finisher. I take the occasional class once in a while to brush up my skills and learn new techniques, however, concrete is one of those things that you'd have to love doing to stay in the business. It's back breaking but very rewarding hard work!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out with helping out my friends and family in the business. I grew to love it very quickly.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All sorts! It's one of the perks of my job: getting to meet various kinds of people from all different walks of life.
