- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing it is much better for us and the customer for us to see the job before we put a price on it to assure a proper estimate .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We much rather do a walk through with the home owner or contractor, so that we both feel comfortable with moving forward .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified through the state of Washington.
