FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are depending on types of materials, what type of work is needed, tax fees, and area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet them in person, see the kind of work needed, explain what will happen and listen to their suggestions and needs. Then make a written contractor bid, have customer look over and sign and start if everything is agree upon. Changed can be made before signing and starting work, I always want to make sure we are all on the same page and communicating to one another is very important to me in this business. I take care of my customers and homes as if it was my Own family and property!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apprentice school of Carpentry in Hawaii, became a journey, worked in the union, then opened my own contractor license. Been in the business for over 17 years!
