FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is not very practical to me as each property and its landlord can have its challenges. The number of properties in a landlords portfolio will also be considered? As the exceptions of the landlord increase so can the value of my service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually meet with landlords at their property, after they have reviewed my website at www kirkpatrickpropertymanagement com. We review the property conditions and address any concerns we may have together. Review pricing for their property and their status as landlords. I believe it is important that the landlord and the property manager are the right fit for the job, at hand, as I manage property as if it were my own. I like happy tenants and very happy landlords.
