- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price heavily depends on the type of work being done because we are so flexible in what we can do. The minimum cost is usually going to be around $35, but phone, text, email, and chat consultations are no cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the most important thing here. I prefer to find out more details about the service needed, come up with a plan and fair price, then complete the service and have a very enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ years experience as a technician / IT consultant. I am very experienced with pc/mac computers, laptops, smart devices, routers, modems, low voltage cabling, HD televisions, Printers, Telephony systems, and other office equipment. I am moderately experienced in programming languages, web design, Security systems, residential and commercial electrical, and automotive repair. I also have some experience with appliance repair, database management, carpentry, plumbing, and other handiman jobs.
