- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is made an introduction, and explaing what can i offer. After i ask what are they looking for. either a simple privacy fence, to a fasion accent added to the yard. Then an evaluation is made on the site to see anything aould need special attention.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Materials are a big factor in the appearance of the finished fence and what is the purpose for the build, Example ( keep dogs in, better view, aesthetics)
