- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fair with my pricing, yes it may be lower than others but I am trying to get my business going with some reviews.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone or in person interview, to get a feel of what the customer would like done. Then I go straight to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working for my aunts catering service in the Maryland and Washington D.C area.
