- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the amount, I typically as for 20-25% of total cost. So for example if groceries are needed and it is $120 I would ask for $24- $30 for service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet the customer and sit down and talk about all of their needs and wishes. The more I know about the person the easier it is for me to shop for them. I typically ask for any allergies, brands they do not like, do's and don't, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in both Food and Retail so I know when to get the best out of your money, but also what is best for someone.
