Thanks for the feedback Katie. I am sorry to hear that you weren't 100% satisfied with Luxe and our services. I know that we stay quite busy and I cannot always respond quickly. I appreciate the grace our clients give us as they understand that I am a small business and do not have a receptionist to handle emails when I am in the kitchen cooking or off site at an event. I reviewed our email coordination and I realize that out of the 70+ emails we corresponded with, six of those took me longer than a twenty four our period. I did however have several in person meetings, phone calls, and even drove out to check out your venue before hand. A couple things you might not know... we (Luxe) were not late. In fact my crew arrived slightly earlier than planned. Your bar service, however, was VERY late. In fact, when my crew realized the bar tenders were not there, they took the initiative to set up the bar in case the bar tenders didn't show, and were ready to pour for your guests in case something happened. The servers also set up your cake and desserts as we had discussed, but set aside over half the treats and refilled the dessert bar after dinner. I am very sorry that you didn't get to try your sweets, but we did set things up as we had previously discussed. I work very hard to provide a unique catering service for all my clients.
