- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At JMCC, we put a lot of work into the front end to make sure you will be happy at the end. Typical Process: 1. introduction 2. agreement on budget, expectations and duration 3. client interviews and research 4. creation of project program 5. preliminary drawings to choose a project direction 6. narrowing project direction with additional drawings or clarifications 7. establishing the schematic plan 8. developing the plan to a point where a construction cost estimate can be created 9. agreeing on budget 10. completing construction documents 11. adjusting plans as requested 12. constructing project 13. leaving you with a great feeling about being represented in a friendly and professional manner
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Jack Kozakar is President and Managing Broker of John Mark Real Estate Inc. (BRE 1980872) and President of John Mark Construction Inc. (CSLB 1020426) dba John Mark Design Build.
