- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Many companies spend lots of money on advertising to obtain new clients and don’t spend a lot of effort on getting their clients the results they want. They don’t have very good customer service. They have poor occupancy rates because they are in passive mode for obtaining tenants. We are proactive and work hard to get you the results you desire: carefully screened tenants, high occupancy rates, excellent customer service. We would recommend you look online at the company’s reviews and see what guests / tenants think of their service. Also ask the company what their occupancy / vacancy rates are. These are two subjects that people tend to forget to ask about when hiring and they make the mistake of going with the big advertising company rather than going with the company who cares about their property’s success and actually produces the results they want.
