I believe in total health fitness and have done all the P90Xs and found them to be enlightening. I am not a beachbody employee, but should be ha ha. I am not a certified pro, but I have a wealth of knowledge and know how to teach, if you want to learn it. I follow a whole food plant based diet and think it is the healthy option. I also do low impact Tai Cheng.
