- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a fully licensed electrical contractor I believe our pricing compared to other full licensed electrical contractors sometimes falls about 40% less than the competition Im rational and upfront about my prolicing Im not trying to get rich on one job Im trying to create a network of costumer that can continue to use Gabrirl Electric because of our honesty Fair pricing and drive to try to get a job done in a neat craftsmanlike manner
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive for customer satisfaction So when a new client calls us with an electrical problem or new model project . We listen to what the costumer wants and then we give them our proffesional advice of how we can help them . Let them know that we are here to help them . We want to create a long lasting business and sometimes personal relationship with the client .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive been in the residential commercial and industrial electrical field I came up through the field I started as an apprentice worked my way to become a journeyman And then decidex to go yo school to obtain my masters license I am very familiar with troubleshooting circuits , and load anaysis calculations But far most im experienced in costumer satisfaction If the clieny has an issue ,with all my expertise im going to reccomend the most efficient and cost effective sllution to their problem . We dont lleave until the lights are on !,
