- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One Mode Consulting is the small business solution for outsourcing accounting functions from bookkeeping services to CFO services. We offer a scalable outsourcing accounting solution, depending on your business needs we can tailor the services required or provide full outsourcing accounting support. Accounting/Bookkeeping We specialize in online accounting and bookkeeping services to ensure your financial statements are accurate and timely. Financial Reporting We provide financial statements and insights into your business, review key performance indicators and potential opportunities and risks. CFO Services We develop strategies to improve profitability, create accountability with budgets/forecasts in line with the strategic direction of your business. Depending on accounting services required the hourly rate could vary from $75 - $200 per hour. Tax Services are outsourced to our trusted advisors in our network and fees vary per preparer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial consultation with my clients to first understand their needs, how the business is currently operating and what accounting software/team is in place. We want to ensure you are happy with our service, so firstly understanding your business needs are a priority. Secondly, in order to set up proper accounting processes, recording of transactions and financial reporting we need to understand how the business operates.

I'm an enthusiastic Certified Public Accountant with 15+ years' experience across multiple industries while specializing in retail and wholesale. I have in-house luxury retail & wholesale experience with a solid accounting foundation from Ernst & Young in both the public and private sector in North and South America, Australia and New Zealand. I have extensive experience in implementing strategies for effective and efficient business management, preparing and analyzing financial reports, bookkeeping and mentoring and developing high caliber business professionals and finance teams. I possess great strategic financial reporting and operational business skills for future growth and sustainability.
