- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My estimate always includes paint and tax. It is based on the square footage or amount of rooms in the project and will never change from the quoted price. I offer a 10% military, senior, and referral discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is talking with a customer about what they need done then setting up a time for an in-person estimate. Once we have discussed what the customer needs done I provide a written estimate. When the customer chooses to hire me we sign a contract at which time we select a date on the calendar and I collect a deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have college degrees in psychology and education which has helped me to both relate to my customer's needs and educate them on the process of painting from start to finish.
