- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $25. Flat rates are also available. It's hard to say if any of it is standard, as each project has different needs and deliverables.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Connect, either in person or online, to discuss both the project and find out more about the client or their business. Once I have a sense of their aesthetic and goals, I will do any applicable research and then sketch up some ideas to bounce off of the client. Revisions will be made while keeping an open dialogue with my client. This should be exciting for all involved. Let's have some fun!
