- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price to come close to market value, we do not over charge nor do we up charge materials for jobs, I am a veteran and receive discounts at places such as Lowe's and pass those savings on to my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically I like to meet with clients first, see exactly the work load they are looking for and provide them with the best price possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in business management, as for training I have worked side by side with several contractors and have learned an extremely large amount of useful information.
