Introduction: Jasniy Construction is a premier residential and commercial construction company comprised of skilled craftsmen all across the board. Our team understands the need for innovation, organization, design and space planning in all building and remodeling projects. Jasniy Contstruction has had a perfect record in respect to completing projects with lenders involved, we have had various construction loans, and a perfect workman’s comp record. Jasniy Construction was also the recipient of the Arcadia Beautiful Awards as a result of the townhomes the company built in Arcadia. The City of Arcadias has used our projects on its website as examples of their city standards. The company was started in 1976 By Robert W. Miner and his wife; it was called Miner & Miner Ent. Inc. Victor Jasniy joined the company in 1981 during the townhouse boom in Arcadia. The company was then was renamed Miner & Jasniy Ent. Inc. Since that time, we have been building homes and remodels. Partner Robert Miner retired in 2005 and the company was renamed Victor Jasniy Inc. We take great pride in our attention to detail and the craftsmanship that goes into every project we start. Our commitment as a team is to set the bar for the industry standard, making excellence the new way of general contracting.

I hired JASNIY Construction to remodel and expand my spa business. They were incredibly professional in every aspect. I felt like whenever I needed something or have questions they would respond immediately, which gave me such comfort and peace of mind. The amount of work that needed to be done was very extensive but they finished right on time, during the construction there were a few changes and additions but it didn't push them back on time. The quality in the work turned out great and the price we were chargered was very fair. JASNIY overall provides an amazing experience, for something like construction which includes a lot of stress and headache, I felt like they made my experience great and stressful . I would definitely use them again for my home and business.

I am on the board of the Newport Towers, a 28 unit condominium high rise. We recently renovated this 1960,s building. Unfortunately, the construction company who did this project left us with many issues. We contacted Jasniy to address/correct these. Both Andrew and Casey listened to us, addressed our concerns and found issues of which we were unaware. Workers are here as scheduled, provide quality product, are respectful of homeowner's and complete tasks in a timely manner. Estimates for projects are accurate to final costs. We had an existing balcony/deck rebuilt and enlarged, using Jasniy Construction as the General Contractor. KC Froeming was the onsite supervisor and major person in charge for a good portion of the project. His crew was always on time, working efficiently and quickly, and never left anything "untidy" at the end of the day. Our deck was finished within the promised time period, right on budget, and the whole experience with cast and crew was a pleasant one.

Our entire experience was great. The work was fantastic. It was done in the time we were quoted and they kept us up to date on what was going on the whole time. They had great advice on every decision and came up with excellent solutions when any issues came up. You could easily see that they all enjoyed working together and it made the project go along great. We are looking forward to using Andrew and his team for our next project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we schedule a time for walk through, design and bidding the job. From there typically it take 3-4 business days to finalize a proposal and get back to the customer. Usually there will be some back and forth until an agreement is made on pricing and design.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Engineering degree from UCSD. Over 20+ years in home building and construction.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From apartments, to homes, to commercial properties, to hotels and up.
