- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$15 per notarized signature. $15 travel fee (0-20 miles) $30 travel fee (21-50 miles) $1 per mile travel fee (51+ miles) $0 travel fee for Active duty and retired military. Thank you for your service. $10 per notarized signature for Active duty and retired military. Thank you for your service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the initial phone call I will confirm the type of notarization and that you have a valid ID with you. I will confirm the location and time of the notarization. After notarization is complete then I will accept your payment and provide you with an invoice and receipt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my commission to be a Notary Public from the Secretary of State of California, in which I needed to take a 6 hour training, pass an exam (100%), and pass a Department of Justice and FBI background check. I am also a AP-CSNA and NNA certified loan signing agent. My formal education is the I have a bachelors degree in Psychology from Cal State Fullerton, a Masters Degree in Teaching from Chapman University, and a Single Subject Mathematics teaching credential.
