Introduction: Before going into business for myself I worked at a property management company under there maintenance division, I believe that you treat the customer like you want to be treated be honest and don't B S so you get the job to get the job. If you can't make the time frame then say so. If the scope is beyond your skills or expertize then say so... Its much easier for the customer to make their decision so you don't have to feel rushed on a job because you bit off more then you can chew.
