- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and comparable to other professional portrait studios and industry standards. In addition, the professional gear I use ensures you get the best quality and detail in your portraits. My pricing helps me upgrade my equipment, as necessary, to make sure you get the best quality and it also ensures I will be in business the next time you need photography! All portrait prints, wall hangings, albums and other products are of the highest quality and are created by professional photography labs. These labs, which are not accessible to the public, are able to produce materials and products that outperform products from consumer labs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicating with my customers and discussing the goals of a project are really important to me. I want to get to know my clients, want to give them an incredible experience, want them to trust me, and I want them to be in love with the art when they see it at their reveal session. I live for seeing my clients happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm both a professional photographer and a graphic designer, so I can make your images look great on your screen as well as in print and on your walls! The digital arts field is constantly changing so I invest in continuing education on a regular basis. I love learning and finding new ways to improve my craft. My customers deserve the best and continuing education ensures that's exactly what I provide.
