We have utilized JCR Construction with Mr. Payan for the installation of a beautiful distressed wood plank tile floor and remodeling of a master bathroom that included new cabinetry, countertop, and shower rebuild. Jarold Payan is always professional, respectful, and timely. The work done by his company is beautiful and Jarold's input and oversight on design is priceless. All the subs and workers associated with JCR's work reflect his integrity and professionalism. We will definitely be utilizing this company again in the future for custom remodeling in our home!

I hired Jarold Payan, JCR Construction in 2015 to remove and install the tile floor in my living room. The job came out very beautiful. My experience with Mr Payan was excellent; as Mr Payan and his workers were very professional, friendly and timely. I was very impressed in how clean they left the place after completing the job. Jarold, the owner, of JCR construction has been such a pleasure to work with. He replaced all the flooring, trim. doors and tile in my home. The workmanship is great and once he begins a job, he stays on it until it is completed. He is very particular and discusses any concerns in detail so the project runs smooth. He came highly recommended from Floor and Décor and I am thankful for the lead. No need to look any further, Jarold is your guy!!!!

Yes, tile floor installation starts at $2.00 dollars per sq ft for a square straigth patter installation. The list is long passing from removing floor to base board installtion. Will be to long to describe over here.

We are doing several projects at the same time. The most important is 2500 sq ft of 24x24 rectify marble. On Disney area
