I was extremely disappointed and will not be using ScRd Services LLC in the future. Steven seemed nice when I first met him. Beware if you decide to hire Steven, and make sure he quotes you including materials. Steven told me he had a texture machine to match the ceiling texture when he came over to discuss and see the project I needed done. When he came to do the job (he did come when he said he would and was on time), he did not bring the machine. The ceiling looks awful and does not match at all. There are huge globs where they put the texture. Good thing it’s in the garage. He cut my boards down in the attic to use as material needed for the quoted job without my permission. I thought the quote was including materials. When I asked about the boards being cut down, he said he could put the boards back how it was but would charge me to put my own material back. They left the garage a mess and very quickly after they finished.

First and foremost, this review comes months after the service was performed!! Also I find it funny that you have so much negativity to say when I quoted you a price and actually charged you less for the texture not being a perfect match!!! My motor was blown in my box truck and drove a car to the job to be on time to complete the job!! Also I emptied your whole attic and added 2x4 supports under the existing planking where there never were any supports and that was the cause of the ceiling collapsing in the first place!!! I throughly explained this to you and you even were pleased with the extra space that I created in your access!!! Further more you paid me more then I asked for and I even gave you a full warranty on the work and explained about my truck being down but would be willing to reshoot the texture promptly once it was repaired, no such request was made and now several months after the fact you choose to slander my business and my name! Per the garage being left a mess I would have to say you took sometime coming up with this whole review because we swept and mopped your garage and even re packed your attic!! So in a nut shell when I showed up to your house the ceiling was falling down from the existing material not being supported properly and was a hazard for even one box to be on it, however when I left every section we installed was infact bearing the full load of your items as well as two fully grown men on it. The texture wasn't 100% but a discount was given and the job was structurally sound and backed by a warranty. I would reconsider you position on your review ignorance doesn't call for a review such as yours!!!
