    Our services are catered to meet the needs and wants of each individual association and Board of Directors. We offer administrative and financial services to our clients usually as a combined package.

    We have worked with several types of Boards from those members who are involved with daily operations to those who are more hands off and desire more management interaction.

    It is very important that all contractors are bidding on the same specifications for the contract. Some companies offer al a carte services which includes a separate fee for each service; others are all inclusive. It is very important to properly compare the services and pricing to ensure your Association is receiving the best service possible without hidden costs.
