- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Please view the complete pricing list on our website under the tab 'Pricing and Services'. Also look at our "specials" tab for monthly specials. We also provide our clients with a Thumbtack special at times that may be unique to their cleaning needs!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss with the customer the best time to be at their home. We will show up on time. The technician will kindly greet the customer, identify and introduce himself. The technician will look over the job, take precise measurements of the rooms, point out any possible challenging areas that may require further attention, discuss any pertinent concerns with the householder and provide relevant suggestions if need be for an improved outcome. The technician will then provide the householder with a firm quote. Soon-after getting the householder's written approval, the technician will proceed with the job.

IICRC instructed. Continuous factory & industry training. On the job experience.
