I was having so many problems with my computer running slow, popping up ads all the time when I was connected to the Internet.
John came in and a short time later my computer was working so much better. He even noticed that my wireless router was open for others to connect to and helped me setup security on that.
He was friendly and very professional as well. He explained what caused the problem so that I could avoid it in the future.
