FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on what type of work people are looking for: personal training, bodywork, nutrition, lifestyle changes, or massage. I take into account how many people per session. I price fair and competitively with the other professionals in my area. If I have to travel, there is an added cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client is: They fill out a health intake form. I do a movement assessment. Muscle test, if needed. We go over goals and timelines. Tissue releases and activation I assign corrective exercises. Teach them about nutrition, if needed. Discuss any bodywork needed. If a massage client, then intake form, and movement screen, if there are issues that need to be corrected. Muscle testing would also be used.
