- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have two rates. Hourly or flat. I try to give my customers what ever will end up being more economical.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone call or personal visit. Find out what my customer has in mind, and get a feel for the space. Then I usually try to sketch a few ideas, to see if we are on the right page.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been "drawing on the walls", since the time I was a little kid! Back then I would get into trouble for it! So for me, it's been since day 1! I just keep adding on to the list of things I've done, and can do.
