- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a simple (non-event, non-Wedding), my prices are standard and pinned to the top of my Facebook page, which is SURGEImages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always send them to my Facebook page so they can look through my accessible online albums to see if they like my style. If so, we move forward talking about what they'd like in a session and what session best accommodates their needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started as a hobby and with the encouragement of friends who had seen my work, I decided to expand it into a profession. I've since increased my knowledge, software, hardware, and props supplies tremendously.
