It really depends on the magnitude of a project and a specific need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with trying to gain knowledge of what is important to the client. I ask as many questions as we can to figure out the best solutions for a given project. Beyond this, we keep an open dialogue as the project progresses. So in short, questions, development, conversation, approval or requested changes until complete (within contract limits).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rigorous design training at an institutional level and 15 years professional experience for a wide variety of clients.
