- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone chat to determine your needs. If possible we then set up a consultation or a first coaching session. If coaching, I send you preliminary worksheets prior to our meeting. We'll continue the process based on the coaching you want. If creating a resume', I'll review your resume and we'll be in contact with each other throughout the process to clarify until complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years experience in business ownership, sales, marketing, personnel, and executive administration. In addition, I've studied in Business Management, as well as achieved certification in design and a prior licensing in financial services. Not only have I acquired a great deal of professional and practical knowledge, I also have an extensive skill set at my disposal to help you reach your goals. In addition to my business background, I also have a degree in Motivational Psychology as well as a number of certifications in coaching, career clarification, organization, and job wellness/stress reduction. With my experience & education, I am well equipped to assist you in reducing your job stress, clarify a career change, or create a resume' that will get you hired.
