- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the existing social media channels. The social media channels may need set-up and starting from scratch is a different fee for existing social media channels. I have set price for each social media channels. The strategy includes a budget for paid advertisement. If the client wants to spend more money, then the monthly fee will be increased by 10% and the additional cost. No total standard pricing due to each client will be different, and the pricing is based on the needs of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I find out what is the client goals and what type of growth they want. I look at the current social media channels; I look at their current website. I then make a decision to determine if the message is clear; do the website need a new look and then I identify the theme in conjunction with the client. I will then submit to the customer a social media strategy and make any adjustment per the customer's needs. The process could include new social media channel look. The company will be given an acceptable time frame.
