FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge a retainer but am willing to work with people on payment plans should the need arise. I am always very up front about fees and costs. What you're paying for and approximately how much it will cost should never come as a surprise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make contact personally with them via phone, have a phone consultation or schedule an in-person consultation, and then give them a straightforward assessment of what it will take to settle and/or litigate their case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended law school at Marquette University (J.D. 2008) and the University of Miami. In my final year of law school I clerked for an experienced and well-respected Miami family law attorney. Later that same year, I passed the bar exam on my first attempt and obtained a job at a family law office in Pinellas County later that same year. After three years with that office I opened up my own family law firm in 2011. I have a proven track record of client satisfaction.
